Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. All orders to US addresses ship free.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS or UPS).
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at info@thredzusa.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For full details, see our Return Policy.
How do I initiate a return?
Email info@thredzusa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return shipping address.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for your bank to post the credit.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your credit card information on our servers. Your payment details go directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.

Most of our products are available in sizes XS through XL. Please refer to the individual product page for specific sizing information and measurements.
What materials do you use?
Our heavyweight hoodies and apparel are made from premium cotton and fleece fabrics. Specific material composition is listed on each product page.
